Responsibilities
As Ginger’s lead mobile developer you will:
- Be responsible for developing our next line of mobile products and SDK for Android and iOS.
- Perform technological research for Ginger’s future product line.
- Lead integrations efforts and technological collaborations with 3rd parties.
Required skills
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or s/w Engineering.
- Hands on, with a vast background in mobile development both on the application and OS level for Android and iOS.
- Great interpersonal communication skills and excellent command of English.
- Agile mindset and a passion for XP practices. Experience in working in Scrum or Kanban is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.

Digital Marketing Manager
Job description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take Ginger's web presence to the next level.
Responsibilities
At Ginger, you will have the opportunity to market to hundreds of thousands of users around the world – from driving them to the website to final monetization. You will assume responsibility for: SEO, PPC, media, landing pages, analytics, and more.
Required skills
- Degree in math-related field (Computer Science, Economics) – an advantage
- Well versed in SEO – at least 2 years experience desired
- Experience in a B2C internet company
- Experienced and savvy in best practices for at least 2 of the following domains: PPC, media buying, adsense, landing page optimization, affiliate management. Managing significant budgets – an advantage
- Strong analytical skills – ability to delve into data and come up with insights.
- Thorough knowledge of google analytics; experience with previous BI system
- Commercial acumen – understanding of the user lifecycle and its drivers
- Basic knowledge in statistics
- Ability to develop compelling calls to action – very good English skills

As a team leader, you will help our capable research team to focus and achieve their ambitious goals. You should be prepared to dive deep into new and often uncharted territories in order to solve difficult problems, whether they are highly abstract algorithm development or down-to-earth practical implementation and operational.
Responsibilities
The position includes working on design, development and integration for our NLU and STT infrastructure, and leading development efforts of the research team.
Required skills
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or Math/Engineering - Must have strong CS background
- 10+ years of experience in algorithm development and/or software development

Copywriter
Job description
A copywriter is needed in order to take Ginger's web presence to the next level. In Ginger you will have an opportunity to communicate to hundreds of thousands of users and utilize your talent for words to drive them into action. You will assume responsibility for big portions of the website as well as to the verbal part of all external communication.
Freelance and part time job are optional.
Required skills
- Native English Speaker – a MUST; American English preferred.
- Experience in creating PR material, website content and product marketing materials.
- Natural born marketer, able to come up with compelling calls to action and taglines
- Experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Experience in digital marketing e.g. , banners, landing pages or Google Adwords is an advantage.
- Ability to delve into the company's products and understand thoroughly the functionality, value proposition, and the marketing strategy around it.
