This includes, without limitation, the use of links in connection with site-scraping, spam e-mails, search engine spamming, blog spamming or any other illegal or unethical marketing practices. Any affiliate identified as advertising any of our internet sites in an illegal or unethical manner will immediately be placed under review and any commissions due to him will be withheld, until further investigation can be completed. Based upon the results of such investigation, we reserve the right to disqualify such persons from any ongoing participation in ginger affiliates and from receiving commissions due at such time. If you would like to report misconduct by any of our affiliates, or would wish to receive additional information about our Ethical Practice Policy please contact us at reportspam@gingrsoftware.com
Ginger Software enforces the CAN-SPAM Act, a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
With current CAN-SPAM law, every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link- those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, Ginger Software will terminate the Affiliate's account.
In a case of affiliates found to be using Ginger Software for spam:
- We will immediately terminate your affiliate account.
- We will refuse to pay your affiliate commission.
You are permitted to send e-mail to:
- E-mail addresses collected through an email newsletter subscribe form on your web site.
